2. Product type inspection report

The type inspection report is the type inspection result judgment document issued by the type inspection agency. Type inspection is a sampling inspection of products in order to prove that the quality of products meets all the requirements of product standards. 4. Product inspection agency

1. Product certification or new product appraisal: It should be carried out in a third-party independent inspection agency (such as double test and testing) recognized by the quality supervision agency and related certification agencies. For individual special inspection items, if the inspection agency lacks the required inspection equipment, the inspection equipment of the manufacturer can be used under the supervision of an independent inspection agency or a certification body;

2. Regular product type inspection: if the manufacturing unit has the type inspection conditions on site, it can be carried out at the manufacturing unit’s site; if the manufacturing unit does not have the type inspection conditions on site, the samples can be sent to the third-party independent inspection agency recognized by the quality supervision agency and the relevant certification agency. get on.
